We offer a 14-day return policy on all orders, allowing you plenty of time to ensure your new Mads Nørgaard pieces are the perfect fit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest designated drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
